Returns
You can return unused items with their original tags within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Innerwear, socks, and items marked final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to return
To reach us, call or WhatsApp us on +91 98144-46565 or +91 98144-46568 (girls' section: +91 75082-11001). Tell us your order number and the items you want to return, and we will arrange the pickup or share the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we process the refund within 5-7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method, or by bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
